Online delivery includes a two-week meal list, shopping list, and step-by-step notes. Offline delivery includes ingredient packs or prepared meal boxes.

Customisation covers the number of dishes, staples, vegetable ratios, protein sources, sauces, spice level, acidity, and portion size. You may choose a different dish each day or keep a fixed menu each week. If you do not want a dish to repeat, you can request an adjustment in advance. The deposit confirms the order and begins the customisation. After the plan is confirmed, the remaining balance is paid. The process is: order, requirements, delivery plan, and completion.
